blog about Tryran's Project

I think that Tryan and her group project is well done. I really like the way how the goup incorporated digital images into their project. I find it interesting to look at and at the same time there seems to be some humor along with it. Tryan, You and your group did a good job on your Eleusis project. I enjoyed seeing your project. Good job!http://blog.lib.umn.edu/xion0327/Digital Art/

Classmate blogs

Lisa, I do agree with you about the computer thing, and like you said you really can't get around using computers anymore. Well, I really like your herodion light show picture. You are lucky to have seen the Japanese light show. I wish I could see it too, but unfornately I don't know when that will happen.
You have a well organized blogs and the way how you documented your projects are nice and clear. I really like you and your group's Eleusis project. I think it's well done of you guys went out and actually interview someone who knows about the Eleusis mysteries. I'm sure that your piece will help Joellyn much. I think as long as you had fun in the class, it's all good. Well, it was fun seeing your work. keep up with the good work. http://blog.lib.umn.edu/xion0327/Digital Art/

For this project we worked in small groups to come up with ideas for the Eleusis Project. In this project, I worked with Christie and Jasmine. Our project was to show the map of Athens and show what happened during the different days of the mysteries. My part of the project involved making illustrations for the different days of the mysteries. Jasmine also did some of the illustration as well, while Christie worked ont he map.

My self Portrait

For assignment one I used photoshop to create my digital self- portrait. Basically, what the assignment required was to work with grids. Therefore, this project was put together through grids and then mounted on foam board.
