Saudi women to be allowed to argue cases in court

In the BBC world news, it is said "Saudi Arabia is planning to ring in a new law to allow women lawyers to argue cases in court for the first time".
This is the feminist issue because most of the Arabic women do not have the equal right as the Arabic men in the Islamic world.
It is one of the women improvement and should be welcome by all the women in the world. According to the article,
The law would allow women to appear in court on family-related cases, including divorce and child custody.
