After a statewide recount, Dayton came out with a 9,000 vote lead. The state Supreme Court ruled against him if he would have sued, said FOX News.

Katie Brenny said that John Harris, the director of golf, took away her responsibilities and assigned her duties to a relative who does not have a bachelor's degree, which is required of the university's coaches, according to the Pioneer Press.

Donald Chance Mark Jr., Brenny's lawyer, said on Thursday that her lawsuit would cite state laws prohibiting discrimination based on sexual orientation and argue that her employers subjected her to a hostile work environment. Athletic Director Joel Maturi had no comment on Brenny's allegations, said the Star Tribune.

The Mobile police statement said that "detectives have determined that both John DeBlase and Heather Keaton are responsible" for the deaths and that "police will continue to search for the children."

Police believe the children are dead, according Mobile Police Chief Micheal T. Williams in CNN.

Amanda Jean Thomas, 29, and her two sons, ages 12 and 3 months were killed at about 12:45 a.m. in north Minneapolis. The state trooper had seen a car driving erratically on westbound Interstate 94 and followed the driver until he ran a red light on W. Broadway, colliding with Thomas's car, said the Star Tribune.

Rufus Onel Victor, 29, was taken to Hennepin County Jail and has been released after a 48-hour hold expired. Hennepin County Jail records say Victor was charged with suspicion of criminal vehicle operation and fleeing a police officer, said the Pioneer Press.

His official introduction to the university will be held Dec. 6 at the TCF Bank Stadium. Athletic director Joel Maturi has been interviewing several coaches since the firing of Tim Brewster on Oct. 17, said the Star Tribune.

Kill's season at Illinois ended in 10-3 and he was ranked 25th before losing to Miami on Friday at the Mid-American Conference title game, said the Pioneer Press.

Naama Bay, the protected swim area where the attack took place, had only re-opened its waters to tourists the day before as there had been two other shark attacks earlier in the week, said AFP.

I interviewed Sejung Kim, who is from South Korea. She said that people don't talk a lot about sexual things and that she hasn't had very much sex education.

"I think the article is partially true because teenagers get sex education from internet or peers so they can get wrong information or they can get involved in sex behavior without any protection," Kim said.

She thinks that it is good to have sex education because things are different today than many years ago.

Kim is a student at the University of Minnesota and grew up in South Korea and also lived in China for eight years.
