My favorite road film?

I'm not sure if this constitutes as a road film, but the first movie that popped into my head was Borat. The full title is Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan. This is a road movie because the fictional Kazakhstani TV personality Borat travels around the United States with a film crew and gets people to believe that he is really interested in learning about the United States. I laughed so hard at this movie! I understand that the humor of this movie is almost purely shock value, but I found it extremely intriguing how Sacha Cohen (Borat) got people to not only interact with him, but allow it to be filmed! It really highlights people's ignorance and the obsessive desire in this country to be "on TV."
