How Does Minnesota Compare?

Minnesota Center for Public Finance Research (MCPFR) publishes a series of reports called "How Does Minnesota Compare," which is designed to provide just one snapshot of the fiscal picture of Minnesota, in particular how Minnesota's overall tax collections or spending compare to the other states.
